Role & Responsibilities
- Review and distribute all developed product samples, ensuring adherence to deadlines.
- Coordinate the product development process from inspiration to delivery.
- Assist the WSLG Design Director with the preparation of the Overview.
- Prepare for reviews with the Artistic Director, ensuring all samples and documents are organized and available.
- Maintain records of all sketches, samples, and prototypes in shared drives and archives.
- Ensure accurate recording and sharing of information regarding sketches and launches with relevant departments.
- Manage inter-departmental requests efficiently and promptly.
- Facilitate communication with Gucci ArtLab and Merchandising, overseeing prototyping and sample developments.
- Coordinate and attend fittings from prototype to final product delivery.
- Assist the Collection Coordinator with costing activities for materials and products.
- Support product shipment management, ensuring compliance with deadlines and procedures.
- Aid the Design Team in research and rental activities, managing invoices and monitoring rental deadlines.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the Leather Goods category.
- Fluency in Italian and English.
