Gucci Watches & Jewelry Area Sales Manager in Milano — lead wholesale sales growth across the DACH region.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve assigned sales targets within the territory and ensure proper sell-in aligned with central merchandising strategies
- Introduce new products and collections to retail partners in accordance with company vision and positioning
- Develop and maintain strong, enduring relationships with key accounts through regular visits and collaborative partnership
- Maintain consistent brand image at point of sale by implementing central visual merchandising and branding guidelines
- Promote and supervise sell-out strategies and visual merchandising implementation across the territory
- Coordinate training initiatives at both central and local level in liaison with the Central Training department
- Track and negotiate selling conditions, including pricing and special agreements, under Regional Head supervision
- Identify emerging market opportunities and coordinate implementation with management oversight
- Assess client potential and develop corresponding selling plans; provide accurate sales forecasts
- Report sales performance and business metrics to management; analyze quantitative and qualitative business aspects
- Gather and report regional market intelligence on competition, trends, and growth opportunities
Qualifications
- 5–10 years of direct experience in watches and jewelry sales within the DACH region wholesale channel
- Demonstrated expertise in key accounts management and wholesale distribution
- Excellent commercial and negotiation skills with proven track record in complex deal structuring
- Strong ability to build credibility and foster long-term business partnerships
- Customer-centric mindset with advanced relationship management capabilities
- Strategic thinking combined with hands-on, entrepreneurial execution
- Strong analytical and business planning abilities
- Detail-oriented approach with ability to maintain broad market perspective
- Pragmatic, solution-oriented problem-solving capabilities

Experience
5–10 years of professional sales experience in the watches and jewelry sector, specifically within the DACH region wholesale channel and key accounts management. Demonstrated success in building and managing strategic retail partnerships, driving both sell-in and sell-out performance, and executing brand strategies within the luxury sector.
Education
Secondary education required; tertiary qualification in business, sales, or related field preferred.
