Gucci Visual Merchandiser Regional position in Atlanta. Oversee visual merchandising strategy for Southeast retail stores with $72K–$80K base salary.
Role & Responsibilities
- Create and execute compelling visual presentations that enhance the client experience and drive sales across retail locations
- Provide strategic guidance and directives to store teams on visual merchandising standards, adapting global creative strategy to market-specific needs
- Serve as market subject matter expert on brand aesthetics and competitive visual merchandising trends
- Analyze selling reports and data-based performance tools to identify and respond to evolving business needs at both regional and individual store levels
- Train and coach store teams and in-store visual ambassadors on visual standards, best practices, and implementation protocols
- Develop and implement visual merchandising zoning plans and mock-up presentations for assigned market stores
- Oversee visual merchandising tools and inventory, ensuring compliance with brand standards and proper maintenance
- Communicate visual updates, photography documentation, and store visit recaps with regional partners and global headquarters
- Conduct regular store visits and market check-ins to ensure consistent interpretation of global creative vision
- Partner with store directors, merchandising department, and key stakeholders to identify innovative solutions for improved store performance
Qualifications
- 3+ years of visual merchandising experience with multi-store scope
- Proficiency with PowerPoint and basic photography skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including ad hoc overnights and weekends
- Comfortable with frequent travel (up to 75% of the time) within assigned market
- Available for ad hoc travel at short notice multiple times annually
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under deadline pressure
- Proper work authorization to work in the United States

Experience
3+ years of visual merchandising experience in a retail environment with responsibility for multiple store locations preferred. Demonstrated experience interpreting and implementing creative directives across diverse retail markets, managing visual standards, and collaborating with cross-functional retail teams.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; some postsecondary education in merchandising, design, or related field preferred.
