Role & Responsibilities
- Create and execute compelling visual presentations that enhance client experience and maximize sales across multiple stores
- Provide strategic guidance and partnership with store teams on visual merchandising initiatives and product promotion strategies
- Develop and implement visual merchandising zoning plans and mock-up presentations for assigned market stores
- Train and coach store teams and in-store visual ambassadors on visual standards, substitutions, and best practices
- Analyze selling reports and data-driven insights to respond to evolving business needs at both national and individual store levels
- Serve as market subject matter expert on brand aesthetics and competitive visual merchandising trends
- Ensure consistent interpretation of global creative vision across all store visual displays
- Oversee visual tools inventory and maintenance to ensure compliance with brand standards
- Communicate visual updates, including photography and recap documentation, to regional partners and company headquarters
- Conduct regular store visits and maintain daily to weekly check-ins with market stores via group communication
- Partner with store directors, merchandising departments, and key stakeholders to identify and implement performance improvement solutions
- Maintain direct communication with global visual merchandising team
- Adhere to designated store visit rotation, travel schedules, and assigned travel budget
Qualifications
- 3+ years of visual merchandising experience with multi-store scope preferred
- Proficiency with PowerPoint presentations
- Basic photography skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work ad hoc overnights and weekends when required
- Availability for frequent travel within the market (up to 75% of the time)
- Ability to adapt to ever-changing priorities
- Proper work authorization to work in the United States
