Role & Responsibilities

- Execute strategic initiatives on the selling floor, dedicating significant time to direct engagement with customers and team members.
- Provide real-time coaching and feedback to achieve business and product category objectives.
- Contribute to the recruitment, retention, and development of top-tier talent within the team.
- Represent the brand as a Gucci Ambassador, embodying and promoting Gucci Values.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience in a luxury retail environment.
- Strong understanding of luxury service standards and customer engagement.
- Ability to drive sales and meet performance targets.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a leadership role within luxury retail.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Fashion, or a related field preferred.
