Gucci Team Manager in Sydney — lead the retail team to deliver luxury client experiences and drive sales for Gucci in Sydney.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire the sales team to deliver a personalised, world‑class luxury client experience on the selling floor.
  • Drive clienteling initiatives and long‑term relationship building through events, product launches and outreach.
  • Coach, mentor and develop Client Advisors via regular feedback, performance conversations and on‑the‑job coaching.
  • Monitor and analyse sales performance, KPIs and category results; develop action plans to meet store and individual targets.
  • Manage day‑to‑day store operations including rostering, opening/closing procedures and stock management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety standards, visual merchandising guidelines and loss prevention procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional partners (Merchandising, HR, Loss Prevention) to optimise business outcomes and maintain high standards front and back of house.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 4+ years' retail management experience, ideally within luxury or premium retail environments.
  • Proven leadership ability to motivate, develop and retain high‑performing teams.
  • Demonstrated commercial acumen with a consistent track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs.
  • Excellent communication, organisational and problem‑solving skills with professional credibility and ethical conduct.
  • Flexible availability to work a retail schedule, including weekends and public holidays, and a strong passion for fashion and the luxury market.

Experience
