Gucci Team Manager role in Singapore (Changi Airport). Lead luxury retail team, drive client experience, manage sales operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of Client Advisors, providing coaching, support, and regular performance feedback to drive motivation and engagement
- Cultivate a positive, professional team environment grounded in trust, integrity, and superior performance standards
- Execute store opening and closing procedures as Manager on Duty and lead daily morning briefings with key business communication
- Develop and mentor team members on selling excellence, product knowledge, and luxury hospitality service standards
- Drive client engagement strategy and manage team and personal clientele activation through clienteling tools
- Actively sell from the shop floor, role modeling the selling ceremony and managing customer flow to ensure no client is left unattended
- Monitor assigned category performance, identify opportunities, and partner with Store Manager and Merchandising on action plans to reach targets
- Partner with Visual Merchandising and Merchandising teams to maximize category potential while maintaining brand image and guidelines
- Manage employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, performance conversations, and employee relations coordination with Human Resources
- Ensure team adherence to company policies and procedures, following up when needed
- Collaborate with training teams to deliver comprehensive product education and market trend awareness

Skills
Experience
Minimum 2–3 years of supervisory experience in retail or service industry, preferably with a proven track record in luxury fashion. Direct people management experience with teams of 6–7 is highly valued.
