Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire a team of Client Advisors to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
  • Provide real-time coaching and feedback to team members on the shop floor.
  • Support the opening and closing of the store as Manager on Duty, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and develop action plans for team improvement.
  • Drive client engagement and build long-lasting relationships with clientele.
  • Utilize clienteling tools to activate, retain, and grow the client base.
  • Monitor and strategize around key performance indicators (KPIs) to meet business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations, HR, and Visual Merchandising.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Support local events and product launches to enhance brand presence.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2-4 years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Strong business acumen and industry awareness.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to analyze selling reports and identify business trends. Proven ability to drive positive customer experiences and build loyalty. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities. Passion for the fashion industry and ability to inspire a team. Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Experience

2-4 years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry is required.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
