Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a team of Client Advisors to achieve business and product category goals.
- Provide real-time coaching and feedback on the selling floor to enhance team performance.
- Develop and grow team talent, ensuring a consistent client experience.
- Represent Gucci as a brand ambassador, promoting brand values and amplifiers.
- Support store operations, including opening and closing as Manager on Duty.
- Conduct performance evaluations and develop action plans for team improvement.
- Drive client engagement and build long-lasting relationships with clientele.
- Utilize clienteling tools to activate, retain, and grow client base.
- Monitor and strategize client advisor performance to ensure excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to adhere to company policies.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and manage store assets.
- Track special orders and communicate bestseller needs for replenishment.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-4 years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or service-related industry.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred.
- Proven ability to drive positive client experiences and deliver measurable results.
- Strong business acumen and industry awareness.
- Prior experience in the menswear category, especially suiting, is strongly preferred.

Education
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred.

Compensation
Base salary range: $95,000 - $105,000 per year.
