Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a team of Client Advisors to deliver superior customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Provide real-time coaching and feedback on the selling floor to enhance team performance.
- Develop and implement strategies to grow the talent within the team.
- Represent Gucci as a brand ambassador, promoting its values and amplifiers in the marketplace.
- Support store operations, including opening and closing procedures, and ensure adherence to company policies.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and develop action plans to improve results.
- Drive client engagement and build long-lasting relationships with clientele.
- Utilize clienteling tools to activate, retain, and grow the client base.
- Monitor product category performance and propose action plans to reach targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Operations, HR, and Visual Merchandising, to maintain store standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-4 years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
- Proven ability to drive positive client experiences and deliver measurable results.
- Strong business acumen and industry awareness.
- Prior experience in the menswear category, especially suiting, is strongly preferred.
Skills
Experience
Minimum of 2-4 years in sales management within retail or luxury retail environments, with a focus on client engagement and team leadership.
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.

Compensation
