Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire a team of Client Advisors to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve business goals.
  • Provide real-time coaching and feedback to team members on the shop floor.
  • Support the opening and closing of the store as Manager on Duty.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and develop action plans for team members.
  • Participate in recruiting, onboarding, and developing a high-performing team.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Drive superior client experiences and build long-lasting relationships with clientele.
  • Utilize clienteling tools to activate, retain, and grow the client base.
  • Monitor and strategize to meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborate with Store Director, Merchandising, and Visual Merchandising teams to optimize product performance.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and organization of company assets.
  • Communicate business needs and trends to relevant departments.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2-4 years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or service-related industry.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred.
  • Proven ability to drive positive customer experiences and deliver measurable results.
  • Strong business acumen and industry awareness.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Skills

Ability to analyze selling reports and identify business trends. Proficiency with Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook. Strong organizational skills. Passion for the fashion industry. Ability to inspire and influence a team. High level of integrity and professionalism.

Experience

A minimum of 2-4 years in sales management within retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry is required.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.

Compensation
