Gucci seeks a Team Manager in Madrid (Las Rozas) to lead boutique sales, client experience and store operations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the boutique sales team to deliver outstanding luxury client experiences and exceed sales targets.
  • Own daily store operations including staff rostering, visual merchandising execution, inventory accuracy and loss-prevention protocols.
  • Cultivate high-value client relationships through proactive clienteling, personalised service and follow-up activities.
  • Coach, mentor and evaluate team members; identify training needs and drive continuous performance improvement.
  • Translate global brand initiatives and campaigns into flawless in-store activations and merchandising standards.
  • Monitor sales KPIs, analyse performance data and implement action plans to maximise conversion and average transaction value.
  • Manage operational administration including cash handling, store opening/closing procedures and compliance with company policies.
  • Coordinate with regional management, visual merchandising and operations teams to ensure consistent brand presentation and stock flow.

Qualifications

  • Proven retail management experience in luxury fashion or premium lifestyle brands, preferably managing a boutique team.
  • Demonstrable track record of achieving sales goals and developing high-performing teams.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with excellent coaching, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Solid understanding of luxury clienteling practices, visual merchandising standards and retail operations.
  • Business acumen with the ability to interpret sales reports and translate insights into operational improvements.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion and a customer-first mentality.
  • Fluent Spanish; professional command of English is advantageous.

Experience

Typically 3+ years in retail with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or managerial role within luxury or premium fashion environments; experience driving boutique sales and developing talent is essential.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary education in business, retail management or fashion is preferred but not required.
