Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.

  • Train, mentor, and motivate staff to foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with logistics to ensure optimal stock availability.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in retail management, preferably in the luxury fashion sector.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in analyzing sales data and developing action plans.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish.

Experience
