Role & Responsibilities
- Maximize store performance to exceed targets and goals with a focus on team management and development.
- Lead and inspire the team to deliver exceptional client experiences, embodying the brand's values as a Gucci Ambassador.
- Promote a positive and professional team environment fostering trust, integrity, and superior performance standards.
- Provide support and feedback to client advisors to ensure their development and motivation.
- Conduct regular performance conversations and on-the-spot coaching to ensure consistent client experience.
- Participate in attracting, recruiting, and onboarding a high-performing team.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager and Human Resources on employee relations issues to ensure effective resolution.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures by all team members.
- Lead the execution of clienteling activities to achieve goals and KPIs.
- Monitor the performance of assigned categories and propose action plans to reach targets.
- Partner with the Merchandising team to provide feedback on products and stock situations.
- Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team to maximize category potential and maintain store image.
- Ensure team develops comprehensive product knowledge and awareness of market trends and competitors.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail management, preferably within the luxury sector.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a retail management role, with a focus on luxury brands.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field preferred.
