Role & Responsibilities

  • Own overall departmental performance, balancing commercial success with client experience and team development
  • Drive business results through performance analysis, opportunity identification, and execution of impactful action plans
  • Build and sustain a strong clienteling culture, growing client loyalty and retention through tailored client strategies
  • Embed high-performance culture through effective performance management, ensuring excellence in client experience and selling standards
  • Maintain the appearance and presentation of the department to luxury retail standards
  • Partner with Store Director and key stakeholders (HR, Training, Merchandising, Operations, Clienteling, Visual Merchandising) to deliver business priorities
