Gucci Team Manager role in London (Selfridges): lead a shopfloor sales team, drive clienteling and hit category targets.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate and mentor a team of Client Advisors on the shopfloor to ensure consistently exceptional client service and brand standards.
  • Monitor sales and performance of assigned product categories and develop proactive action plans to achieve business targets.
  • Drive and oversee clienteling activities, designing initiatives to acquire, activate, retain and grow a high-value client base.
  • Recruit, onboard and develop a high-performing showroom team in partnership with Store Leadership and Training.
  • Provide regular coaching, feedback and performance management to Client Advisors to support career progression and maintain engagement.
  • Partner with the Store Director, Training team and HR to ensure advisors possess full product knowledge, market awareness and adherence to employee relations procedures.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Team or Department Manager within the luxury fashion or premium retail sector.
  • Demonstrable track record of driving sales and delivering against commercial KPIs with actionable planning.
  • Strong talent management skills with experience in coaching, developing and motivating retail teams.
  • Excellent verbal communication and time-management skills; ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commercial awareness, business acumen and a genuine passion for luxury fashion.

Experience
