Gucci Team Manager position in Las Vegas: Lead luxury retail team, drive client experience, and deliver sales results in fast-paced environment.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire the retail team to execute a superior client experience with elevated hospitality standards and embody the Gucci selling ceremony
  • Capture meaningful client data and utilize clienteling tools to build relationships, drive client loyalty, and develop prospect acquisition opportunities
  • Monitor Client Advisor performance through daily, weekly, and monthly coaching plans to ensure clienteling excellence and KPI achievement
  • Conduct annual Performance and Development Conversations and regular performance reviews with direct reports, providing constructive feedback and career development guidance
  • Lead morning briefings and team engagement activities using diverse facilitation techniques to deliver business communications and daily objectives
  • Participate in recruitment, conducting behavioral-based interviews, and ensure effective onboarding for new team members
  • Analyze store KPIs, sales performance, and category results to identify trends and propose actionable improvement plans in partnership with Store Managers
  • Maximize floor presence to model selling techniques, manage client flow, and resolve service issues with the goal of enriching client relationships
  • Collaborate with merchandising and training teams to ensure full product knowledge and awareness of market trends and competitive landscape
  • Support visual merchandising standards, maintain stock organization and inventory management, and ensure adherence to health, safety, and security protocols
  • Manage scheduling and FTE allocation based on team capabilities and traffic flow to ensure optimal store coverage
  • Lead company-driven events and product launches, ensuring client attendance and sales results achievement

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or service-related industry
  • High degree of ethics, professionalism, and integrity with proven ability to inspire trust and influence a team
  • Demonstrated ability to drive positive client experiences that build loyalty and deliver measurable business results
  • Strong understanding of KPI analysis and retail business acumen
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong organizational abilities
  • Passion for the fashion industry and luxury retail environment
  • Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
