Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire a team of Client Advisors to deliver exceptional client experiences.
  • Provide real-time coaching and feedback on the selling floor to achieve business goals.
  • Promote Gucci values and act as a brand ambassador in the marketplace.
  • Capture and utilize client data to personalize client development opportunities.
  • Conduct clienteling activities and develop action plans to reach goals and KPIs.
  • Monitor Client Advisor performance and ensure clienteling excellence.
  • Support company-driven local events and product launches.
  • Manage client flow and resolve client service issues to enrich client relationships.
  • Model Gucci image through appropriate wardrobe and presence.
  • Develop deep knowledge of competition and stay connected to local trends.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or service-related industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
  • High degree of ethics, professionalism, and integrity.
  • Proven ability to drive positive client experiences and deliver measurable results.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Skills

Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office software. Strong business acumen and industry awareness. Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Experience

4+ years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or service-related industry.

Education

Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
