Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire the sales team on the selling floor to deliver an elevated, hospitality-driven client experience and to embody Gucci’s brand image and grooming standards.
- Drive clienteling activities: capture and leverage client data, utilise clienteling tools and digital platforms to acquire and retain clients, and lead bespoke local events and product launches.
- Set, monitor and deliver against store and category KPIs; analyse performance metrics and partner with Store Manager and Merchandising to implement actionable improvement plans.
- Coach, develop and provide regular feedback to Client Advisors, conduct performance and development conversations, and lead recruitment and onboarding activities to build talent pipeline.
- Manage day-to-day store operations including scheduling/FTE planning, task delegation, inventory and stock optimisation, opening/closing as Manager on Duty, and adherence to health, safety and security standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners (Operations, HR, Loss Prevention, Training, Merchandising) to ensure policy compliance, visual merchandising standards, accurate special-order tracking and excellent store administration.
- Resolve client service and employee-relations issues with the objective of retaining and enriching relationships and maintaining a high level of team engagement.
Qualifications
- Minimum 4+ years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail or a service-related industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
- Proven ability to deliver superior client experiences that generate loyalty and measurable commercial results.
- High degree of ethics, professionalism and the capacity to inspire trust and influence a team.
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Experience
At least four years of progressive sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or a related service industry, with demonstrable results delivering team performance and client development.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 76,500 to USD 85,000 per annum.
