Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire a team of Client Advisors to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales goals.
  • Provide real-time coaching and feedback on the selling floor to enhance team performance.
  • Represent Gucci as a brand ambassador, promoting brand values and amplifiers in the marketplace.
  • Conduct performance reviews and develop action plans to improve results.
  • Recruit, onboard, and develop a high-performing team.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Execute clienteling activities to build long-lasting client relationships.
  • Manage customer flow and resolve service issues to retain client relationships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments to maintain operational excellence.
  • Monitor category performance and propose action plans to meet targets.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2-4 years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
  • Proven ability to drive positive client experiences and deliver measurable results.
  • Strong business acumen and industry awareness.
  • Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office software. Ability to inspire and influence a team. Entrepreneurial vision and high level of integrity and professionalism.

Experience

2-4 years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
