Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a team of Client Advisors to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales goals.
- Provide real-time coaching and feedback on the selling floor to enhance team performance.
- Represent Gucci as a brand ambassador, promoting brand values and amplifiers in the marketplace.
- Conduct performance reviews and develop action plans to improve results.
- Recruit, onboard, and develop a high-performing team.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Execute clienteling activities to build long-lasting client relationships.
- Manage customer flow and resolve service issues to retain client relationships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to maintain operational excellence.
- Monitor category performance and propose action plans to meet targets.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-4 years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
- Proven ability to drive positive client experiences and deliver measurable results.
- Strong business acumen and industry awareness.
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Experience
2-4 years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry.
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
