Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a team of Client Advisors to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales goals.
- Provide real-time coaching and feedback to enhance team performance and development.
- Oversee store operations as Manager on Duty, ensuring smooth opening and closing procedures.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and develop action plans for team improvement.
- Foster a client-centric environment to build long-lasting relationships with clientele.
- Utilize clienteling tools to activate, retain, and grow the client base.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Support visual merchandising and product launches to enhance store presentation and sales.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, proposing action plans to meet targets.
- Maintain organization of store assets and adhere to stock management guidelines.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-4 years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or service-related industry.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent organizational skills.
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Experience
2-4 years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or service-related industry.
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
