Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire a team of Client Advisors to achieve business and product category goals.
  • Provide real-time coaching and feedback to ensure a consistent client experience.
  • Support the opening and closing of the store as Manager on Duty, providing leadership and guidance.
  • Conduct regular performance conversations and develop action plans.
  • Participate in attracting, recruiting, and onboarding high-performing team members.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Execute a superior client experience and develop long-lasting client relationships.
  • Utilize clienteling tools to activate, retain, and grow the client base.
  • Monitor and strategize around KPI performance standards.
  • Support and align with business initiatives and product launches.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure operational excellence.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and organization of company assets.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2-4 years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or service-related industry.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
  • Proven ability to drive positive customer experiences and deliver measurable results.
  • Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Qualified candidates must have the proper work authorization to work in the United States.

Skills

Ability to analyze selling reports and identify business trends. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office software. Industry awareness and strong business acumen. Ability to inspire and influence a team with an entrepreneurial vision.

Experience

A minimum of 2-4 years in sales management within retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry is required.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
