Gucci Team Manager position in Cabazon, California. Lead retail team, drive luxury client experience, and manage store operations. Salary $72,000–$80,000 USD.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire the retail team from the selling floor to execute superior client experiences with elevated hospitality and service standards
- Capture meaningful client data using clienteling tools to drive loyalty, acquisition, and personalized prospect development
- Monitor Client Advisor performance and develop daily, weekly, and monthly action plans to ensure clienteling excellence and KPI achievement
- Lead company-driven local events and product launches, ensuring client attendance and sales targets
- Model Gucci's selling ceremony and manage client flow to ensure exceptional service delivery
- Manage and resolve client service issues while maintaining brand-client relationships
- Maintain deep knowledge of competitive landscape and local market trends
- Provide regular coaching and feedback to Client Advisors, utilizing behavioral observation tools for development
- Lead annual Performance and Development Conversations with direct reports and conduct regular monthly performance discussions
- Conduct engaging morning briefings using varied facilitation techniques to communicate business objectives and key messaging
- Develop and lead cross-category selling focus across all floors and product categories
- Participate in recruiting, conducting behavioral interviews, and building a talent pipeline
- Ensure effective onboarding for new team members
- Monitor team adherence to company policies and resolve employee-relations matters in partnership with Store Management
- Analyze store KPIs and results, partnering with Store Manager to propose actionable improvement plans
- Partner with merchandising and training teams to gather product feedback, ensure product knowledge development, and monitor market trends
- Collaborate with Operations, Human Resources, Loss Prevention, and cross-functional departments while enforcing company policies
- Plan and coordinate FTE scheduling based on team capabilities and traffic flow to ensure appropriate coverage
- Support and maintain visual merchandising standards per worldwide headquarters guidelines
- Maintain organization of company assets in back-of-house and front-of-house per stock guidelines
- Execute product handling, transactions, and general store administration
- Support store opening and closing as Manager on Duty, providing leadership to all staff on shift
- Oversee stock and inventory management, monitoring and reporting risks
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and security standards in partnership with Store Management
Qualifications
- 4+ years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or service-related industries
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred)
- High degree of ethics, professionalism, integrity, and ability to inspire trust
- Proven ability to drive positive client experiences that build loyalty and deliver measurable results
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Industry awareness and strong business acumen
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent organizational abilities
- Passion for the fashion industry
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Experience
4+ years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or service-related industry, with demonstrated success leading sales teams, driving client loyalty, and achieving business targets in a fast-paced environment.
Education
Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
