Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a team of Client Advisors to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve business goals.
- Provide real-time coaching and feedback to team members on the shop floor.
- Support the opening and closing of the store as Manager on Duty.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and develop action plans for team improvement.
- Drive client engagement and build long-term relationships with clientele.
- Utilize clienteling tools to enhance customer experience and retention.
- Monitor and strategize to meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Operations, Human Resources, and Visual Merchandising.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Support local events and product launches to maximize client attendance and sales.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-4 years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or service-related industry.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
- Proven ability to drive positive customer experiences and deliver measurable results.
- Strong business acumen and industry awareness.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
