Gucci Team Manager role in Berlin. Lead retail operations, manage high-performing teams, and drive luxury brand excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire the store team on the sales floor, modeling exceptional client service and hospitality mindset
- Maximize store performance by overachieving sales targets and KPIs through strategic clientelling execution and team alignment
- Conduct regular performance conversations, provide ongoing feedback and coaching, and develop action plans with client advisors
- Recruit, onboard, and develop high-performing team members while fostering a positive, professional environment built on trust and integrity
- Monitor performance of assigned product categories and collaborate with Merchandising and Visual Merchandising teams to optimize display and stock
- Ensure consistent brand representation and adherence to company policies, procedures, and visual guidelines throughout the store
- Partner with Store Manager and Human Resources on employee relations matters to ensure effective resolution and retention
- Lead clientelling activities and drive engagement strategies to build long-lasting client relationships and loyalty
Qualifications
- Proven retail or luxury brand management experience with demonstrated success in team leadership
- Strong understanding of client engagement, hospitality principles, and luxury service standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
- Experience with performance management, KPI tracking, and sales target achievement
- Knowledge of visual merchandising, product category management, and inventory dynamics
- Familiarity with clientelling systems and CRM best practices
Skills
Experience
5+ years of retail management experience, with at least 2 years in a team leadership or supervisory role within luxury retail or fashion. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets, developing team talent, and maintaining high service standards.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; additional retail management training or certifications valued.
