Gucci Team Manager position in Bangkok, Thailand. Lead Client Advisors in luxury retail operations, client service, and team development.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and coach a team of 6–7 Client Advisors from the shop floor, providing real-time feedback and support to ensure consistent execution of brand standards and client service excellence
- Conduct regular performance conversations and monthly reviews, establishing clear goals and development plans for team members
- Actively participate in recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management of Client Advisors
- Manage team adherence to company policies and procedures, partnering with Store Manager and Human Resources on employee relations matters
- Develop cross-category selling expertise within the team, ensuring proficiency across all product lines and store floors
- Lead morning briefings and store opening/closing procedures as Manager on Duty
- Execute and lead clienteling activities with the team, leveraging digital platforms to activate, retain, and grow client bases
- Model and inspire superior client service hospitality, actively selling and demonstrating the Gucci selling ceremony
- Monitor product category performance, provide market and stock insights to Store Manager and Merchandising team, and propose action plans to reach sales targets
- Manage customer flow and resolve escalated client issues with poise and professionalism, ensuring retention and delight
Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years of sales management experience in retail, luxury fashion, or service-related sectors with proven track record of success
- Demonstrated experience managing teams of 5–8 people or larger
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and develop talent
- Well-groomed appearance and professional demeanor aligned with luxury brand standards
- Excellent decision-making and independent problem-solving abilities
- Full product knowledge of luxury fashion categories and market trends

Experience
Minimum 2–3 years of progressively responsible sales management experience in luxury retail, fashion retail, or premium service environments. Proven success leading teams of 6–7 people or larger is strongly preferred. Candidates should demonstrate a track record of achieving sales targets, developing talent, and maintaining high standards of client service.
