Gucci Team Manager role in Auckland Queen Street. Lead luxury retail operations, develop high-performing teams, and drive commercial success.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead by example in creating a client-first culture that delivers world-class luxury service and personalized experiences
- Build enduring client relationships through exceptional clienteling and drive client engagement through exclusive events and outreach initiatives
- Coach and mentor team members through ongoing feedback and development, fostering an environment of collaboration, engagement, and excellence
- Support talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention strategies; partner with HR to ensure an inclusive and positive team culture
- Monitor business performance and identify growth opportunities; implement strategies to exceed sales and category targets
- Champion strong product knowledge and commercial awareness across the team; collaborate with Store Management and cross-functional partners to maximize results
- Support efficient store operations and effective team planning; maintain impeccable standards across both front and back of house
- Uphold company policies, health and safety requirements, and visual merchandising standards; resolve client concerns with professionalism and care
Qualifications
- Leadership experience within luxury or premium retail
- Proven track record of developing high-performing teams
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to drive results
- Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills
- Passion for luxury fashion and delivering personalized service
- Flexibility to work a retail roster, including weekends and public holidays
