Gucci seeks a Talent Management Assistant (6-month contract) in Seoul to support recruitment, sourcing and employer branding initiatives.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the end-to-end recruitment process including market research, candidate sourcing, CV screening and interview scheduling.
- Utilize online job postings, direct searching and referral networks to identify and attract candidates across retail and adjacent industries to enhance talent diversity.
- Post job advertisements and build proactive talent pools through direct sourcing to ensure pipeline readiness.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and interview data within relevant master files and systems.
- Support employer branding and recruitment projects for Korea and overseas markets.
- Perform recruitment-related administration and reporting using Excel and PowerPoint.
- Undertake ad hoc HR and recruitment tasks as assigned by the HR leadership team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Fluent in Korean and English.
- Demonstrated interest in Talent Acquisition and broader HR management.
- Prior recruiting experience (including internships) preferred.
- Proven attention to data accuracy and experience managing candidate information.
- Responsible, proactive, fast learner, team-oriented and enthusiastic.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Experience
Some prior recruiting experience is preferred; internships or entry-level positions in talent acquisition or HR will be considered. The role requires demonstrated familiarity with sourcing, candidate screening and basic HR administration.
