Role & Responsibilities
- Support the overall recruitment process, including market research, candidate searching, CV screening, and interview scheduling.
- Utilize sourcing tools and techniques to identify and attract candidates through online job postings, direct searches, and referrals.
- Explore professional job sites to source talents from various industries to enhance recruitment diversity.
- Post job advertisements and build talent pools proactively through direct searching.
- Evaluate applicants against position requirements and provide organizational and role information.
- Conduct follow-ups with managers to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
- Maintain comprehensive records of applicants and interview data.
- Assist with employer branding and recruitment projects both domestically and internationally.
- Provide visa support for overseas employees and facilitate onboarding in Korea.
- Manage candidate data within master files and systems.
- Perform administrative tasks using Excel and PowerPoint.
Qualifications
- Interest in Talent Acquisition and Human Resource Management.
- Previous recruiting experience, including internships, is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma.
