Role & Responsibilities
- Identify necessary alterations and repairs on garments and inform clients of conditions.
- Pin garments and verify dimensions and symmetry during fittings.
- Propose alterations to clients.
- Provide technical advice to sales staff and support the sales process.
- Draft alteration sheets.
- Determine garment delivery timelines.
- Organize the execution of alterations internally or externally.
- Ensure the disassembly and reassembly of pieces to be altered.
- Order supplies and raw materials.
- Perform ironing of garments.

- Proven experience in garment alterations and tailoring.
