Gucci Supply Chain Management Assistant (1-year fixed-term) in Seoul. Manage inventory allocation and stock replenishment across regional retail network.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Allocate and replenish stock from regional DC to stores according to target parameters, maximizing profit and stock turn
  • Execute stock allocation on the principles of Right Product, Right Quantity, Right Place, Right Time
  • Maintain correct balance of inventory in stores according to assortment matrix and coverage targets
  • Evaluate stock allocation and distribution based on sales, distribution plans, and rationing criteria to maximize service level
  • Support Planning Manager by delivering data-driven proposals and analysis on key business decisions
  • Interface with worldwide supply chain teams to ensure alignment with global supply plans
  • Monitor and control store sales and stock levels across the region; review daily allocation performance
  • Analyze and propose adjustments to allocation plans based on current trends, store performance, and retail feedback
  • Review product performance daily and weekly to optimize inventory investment by store and drive sales
  • Collaborate with logistics and warehouse teams to understand lead times, picking and packing logistics, and delivery schedules
  • Partner with Merchandising and retail teams to understand priorities and address market-specific requests
  • Rebalance stock between stores during season transition periods based on performance analysis and store strategy

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with Windows, Excel, Access, and BI tools for performance and KPI monitoring
  • Sound commercial understanding of luxury retail operations
  • Bilingual fluency in Korean and English (spoken and written)
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional accuracy and numerical aptitude
  • Mature, positive, and proactive mindset

Experience
