Gucci Team Manager position in Milano at the Rinascente flagship store. Lead retail operations and maximize store performance.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a high-performing retail team, fostering a positive environment grounded in trust, integrity, and superior performance standards
- Conduct regular performance conversations and on-the-spot coaching to ensure consistent client experience and team development
- Drive client engagement initiatives and clientelling activities to build long-lasting relationships and achieve sales KPIs
- Monitor assigned category performance, propose action plans to meet targets, and collaborate with merchandising and visual merchandising teams
- Ensure full compliance with company policies and procedures across all team members
- Participate in recruiting, onboarding, and attracting talent while partnering with Store Manager and Human Resources on employee relations
- Demonstrate active leadership on the sales floor, embodying Gucci brand ambassadorship and hospitality mindset
Qualifications
- Proven retail management experience in a luxury environment
- Strong understanding of sales dynamics, merchandise management, and performance metrics
- Demonstrated ability to develop and motivate team members
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Deep product knowledge and awareness of market trends and competitive landscape
Skills
Experience
Strong retail background with proven experience managing teams in a luxury retail environment. Demonstrated success in building client relationships and driving commercial performance through team leadership.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; professional certifications in retail management or related fields are advantageous.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Milan, Lombardy, Italy.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position is EUR 42,000 per annum.
