Role & Responsibilities
- Execute and supervise all store operational processes in strict accordance with local and regional policies to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
- Implement and monitor action plans to improve store operational performance and compliance with corporate standards.
- Plan and conduct inventories and cycle counts to guarantee inventory accuracy; oversee store-to-store operations including transfers, consolidations and exports.
- Manage procurement and availability of operational supplies (stationery, packaging, uniforms, shipment materials, beverages, etc.).
- Maintain ongoing communication with corporate Operations and Security teams; report deviations, complete and submit security checklists and operational reports to regional and corporate offices as required.
- Coach and support back-of-house teams to ensure operational excellence and process adherence.
Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of retail operations experience, preferably within luxury fashion or premium retail.
- Educational background in business administration, finance/economics or fashion-related studies.
- Proven leadership ability with experience managing, coaching and developing small operational teams.
- High degree of professionalism, integrity and ethical conduct with the ability to inspire trust and influence colleagues.
- Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
Skills
Experience
At least 4 years of progressive retail operations experience, ideally with managerial responsibility in luxury or premium retail environments and demonstrable success in inventory control, loss prevention and operational compliance.
Education
Degree or diploma in Business Administration, Finance/Economics, or Fashion-related studies (or equivalent professional experience).
