Role & Responsibilities

• Receive, control, and manage merchandise deliveries and shipments, ensuring accurate tracking, storage, and uploading of ASN/STS/ICT into the JDA system.
• Manage stock activities, including random inventories, ticketing, price changes, consignments, holds, reservations, and VIP and press requests.
• Maintain an organized storage area for current and past collections.
• Monitor packaging stock levels and track defective products.
• Ensure the timely receipt, tagging, and distribution of products and supplies.
• Follow Gucci policies and procedures for loss prevention and accurate stock management; immediately report misconduct or suspicious activity to store management.
• Participate in merchandise inventories and stock takes to identify discrepancies and losses in accordance with Gucci policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with the sales team to prepare new display elements, conduct transfers, and complete other operational tasks promptly.
• Assist with store operations during peak periods, including reception, storage, and required maintenance.
• Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations in the back of house, keeping fire exits clear and addressing risks and hazards related to overstock.
• Support the updating and movement of Kering Service tickets for Before and After Sales, and manage inbound and outbound processes for product care items (BS Pure Tickets/BS Child Tickets).
