Gucci Store Operations Associate in Kuala Lumpur – manage inventory, warehouse logistics, and stock control in luxury retail.
Role & Responsibilities
- Receive, control, and manage merchandise deliveries and shipments with accurate tracking and ASN/STS/ICT uploading into the JDA system
- Execute all aspects of stock management including random inventories, ticketing, price changes, consignments, holds, reservations, VIP and press requests
- Maintain optimal organization of storage space for both current and past collections
- Monitor packaging stock levels and track defective products for returns and waste management
- Ensure timely receipt, tagging, and distribution of products and supplies throughout the boutique
- Enforce Gucci loss prevention policies and procedures, reporting immediately any misconduct or suspicious activities to store management
- Participate in merchandise inventories and stock takes to identify discrepancies and losses
- Collaborate with sales teams to prepare display elements, manage transfers, and coordinate operational tasks
- Provide operational support during peak trading periods including reception, storage, and maintenance
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations in back-of-house areas, including fire exit clearance and hazard mitigation
- Support updates and movement of Kering Service tickets for Before and After Sales and product care items (BS Pure Tickets/BS Child Tickets)
- Execute ad hoc duties as assigned by Store Director
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar warehouse or stock management role, preferably within luxury fashion retail
- High degree of ethics, professionalism, and integrity with proven ability to inspire trust and foster teamwork
- Strong organizational skills with demonstrated inventory management efficiency
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in stock control processes
- Proficiency with inventory management software, including receiving, tracking, and storage procedures
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with store management, sales teams, and staff
- Physical capability to perform demanding tasks including climbing ladders, bending, and lifting boxes

Previous experience in a similar role within fashion retail or luxury sector is required, with demonstrated competency in inventory management and stock control procedures.
