Gucci seeks an experienced Store Manager for its Stockholm boutique on a permanent contract to drive sales, operations, and team excellence in luxury retail.
Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure achievement of business goals and strategic projects in constant collaboration with Corporate functions (Visual, Merchandising, Operations)
- Establish and implement action plans to develop sales across product categories and client segments
- Cultivate a client-centric culture to maximize retention of existing customers and expand the new client base
- Oversee seamless integration and optimization between front and back-of-house operations, upholding Company standards and procedures
- Monitor store visits and mystery shopping programs to ensure quality of service standards are met
- Build and lead a high-performing team through engagement, inspiration, and continuous professional development
- Collaborate with HR to reduce staff turnover, promote internal mobility, optimize personnel costs, and identify and develop key talent
- Ensure economical and operationally effective management of the store in compliance with internal policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Store Manager or equivalent senior retail leadership role within the Fashion Luxury industry
- Strategic vision and demonstrated ability to develop and execute business growth strategies
- Excellent organizational skills and proven ability to drive measurable results
- Strong commercial awareness and business acumen
- Exceptional talent for managing, coaching, and developing teams
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Passionate commitment to the fashion luxury industry and Gucci's brand values

Experience
Proven experience in a Store Manager or equivalent senior retail leadership position within the Fashion Luxury industry, with demonstrated success in driving sales, managing operations, and leading teams in a luxury retail environment.
Education
Not specified; secondary education as a minimum expected foundation, with preference for candidates with professional qualifications in business management, retail operations, or related disciplines.
