Gucci Store Manager position in St. Moritz, Switzerland. Lead retail operations and drive sales with CHF 95,000–105,000 annual salary plus performance bonus.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement action plans to drive sales across product categories and customer segments
- Monitor P&L, operational costs, and retail KPIs to maximize store turnover
- Achieve business goals and strategic initiatives while maintaining close coordination with corporate functions
- Lead CRM initiatives to cultivate and expand the store's client network
- Foster a client-centric culture across the team to maximise customer retention and acquisition
- Build and manage an effective team through engagement, retention, continuous evaluation, and professional development
- Provide coaching and mentorship to direct reports
- Collaborate with peers to establish an effective cross-functional network
- Model excellence and inspire staff motivation and business commitment
- Monitor store performance metrics, mystery shopping results, and internal/external audit findings
- Ensure compliance with luxury brand standards, internal policies, and operational procedures
- Maintain expertise in the luxury market and communicate product knowledge and passion to staff
- Coordinate integration between front-office and back-office operations
- Monitor talent turnover, internal mobility, and talent mapping while managing personnel costs effectively
