Gucci seeks a Store Manager in Shenzhen to oversee store operations, drive sales and ensure exceptional client experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all store operations to ensure a consistent, exceptional luxury customer experience across service, merchandising and store presentation.
- Drive sales performance and CRM initiatives to achieve commercial targets, optimise client acquisition and deepen client relationships through effective clienteling.
- Develop, motivate and coach the sales team; define objectives, oversee performance management, staffing and local talent development.
- Ensure strict adherence to visual merchandising guidelines so that product presentation and store image reflect the brand’s aesthetic standards.
- Oversee operational disciplines including inventory control, stock replenishment, loss prevention and compliance with company procedures.
- Monitor store KPIs, analyse performance trends and implement corrective actions to maximise profitability and operational efficiency.
- Act as the visible ambassador of the brand, representing Gucci’s values and delivering impeccable client service at all times.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire, coach and develop a high-performing retail team.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in implementing sales strategies and CRM-driven clienteling.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a polished client-facing manner appropriate to luxury retail.
- Demonstrable ability to maintain visual merchandising standards and store presentation.
- Proven organisational capability to manage operational tasks including inventory control and compliance.

Experience
Several years of progressive experience in luxury retail, including demonstrated success in a supervisory or managerial role; prior experience managing boutique or flagship operations preferred.
Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred, ideally in business, retail management, hospitality or a related field.
