Gucci Store Manager in Seoul — lead a boutique team to deliver luxury client experiences and drive sales for Gucci in Seoul.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead all store operations to deliver a consistent, exceptional client experience across sales, service and aftercare.
  • Develop and execute local sales strategies and CRM/clienteling programmes to achieve revenue, conversion and retention targets.
  • Recruit, coach and develop a high-performing sales team; set objectives, conduct performance reviews and foster staff engagement.
  • Ensure flawless visual merchandising and store presentation according to brand guidelines; manage product presentation and in-store storytelling.
  • Oversee inventory control, stock replenishment and loss-prevention procedures to protect margin and availability.
  • Manage daily administrative and operational tasks including staff scheduling, cash handling, store opening/closing and compliance with company policies.
  • Analyse store performance using KPIs and reporting; propose corrective actions and local initiatives to optimise results.
  • Act as the brand ambassador in the market, maintaining Gucci standards of service, professionalism and client confidentiality.

Qualifications

  • Proven managerial experience in luxury retail or premium fashion (typically minimum 3 years in a supervisory/store manager capacity).
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPI management.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in recruitment, coaching and developing frontline retail teams.
  • Proficiency in clienteling and CRM-driven sales techniques; ability to cultivate and retain high-value clients.
  • Excellent organisational skills with experience in inventory management, visual merchandising and operational compliance.
  • Legal authorization to work in the Republic of Korea.

Experience
