Gucci Store Manager position in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Lead luxury retail operations and multicultural teams in this senior management role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure achievement of store business objectives and enhance the Gucci brand identity in alignment with company policies and procedures
- Formulate and implement store policies, strategies, and business plans to achieve or exceed sales, profit, and cost targets
- Maintain excellent customer relationships by monitoring feedback, understanding client needs, and effectively handling complaints and queries
- Lead, train, and motivate store team members to deliver exceptional customer service standards and ensure workforce succession
- Create an optimal and motivating work climate to drive sales performance and team engagement
- Anticipate operational challenges and implement modifications to procedures to maintain efficiency and respond to evolving market trends
- Establish and maintain the highest standards of store environment, visual merchandising, and brand presentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in any discipline
- Minimum 7 years of luxury fashion retail management experience with proven track record in leading multicultural teams
- In-depth knowledge of retail operations and commercial management
- Strong leadership and management capabilities
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Arabic word processing
- Fluent written and spoken English and Arabic (Italian is advantageous)

Minimum 7 years of luxury fashion retail management experience with demonstrated expertise in leading diverse, multicultural teams in high-end retail environments. Proven track record in achieving sales targets, managing store operations, and developing talent within luxury or premium retail contexts.
Education
