Gucci Store Manager role in Parañaque City, Philippines. Lead luxury retail operations and a high-performing sales team.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage all department and floor operations to guarantee a unique customer experience, collaborating with senior management on loss prevention, human resources, and visual merchandising standards
  • Cultivate a positive and professional team environment that fosters trust and integrity; provide regular coaching, feedback, and support to Client Advisors to ensure continuous development and high motivation
  • Conduct monthly performance conversations, develop action plans, and actively participate in recruiting and onboarding high-performing team members
  • Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including Workday management and local administrative processes, partnering with Human Resources on employee relations issues
  • Lead the shop floor with active selling, role-modelling the selling ceremony, and ensuring consistent superior client experience across all interactions
  • Develop and execute clienteling strategies using available tools to activate, retain, and grow both team and personal client bases
  • Monitor assigned category performance, partner with Merchandising and Visual Merchandising teams to maximize sales potential, and maintain brand merchandising standards
  • Support store opening and closing as Manager on Duty, lead morning briefings, and manage customer flow to ensure no client is left unattended
  • Manage and resolve customer issues with discretion and grace, delighting clients and preserving long-term relationships

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar management capacity within luxury fashion retail
  • Proven ability to manage department operations and lead high-performing retail teams
  • Strong knowledge of in-store operational activities and loss prevention compliance
  • Excellent communication and business acumen
  • Analytical mindset with demonstrated problem-solving skills
  • Experience with clienteling tools and digital retail platforms

Experience

Secondary education minimum; additional retail management certification or equivalent is preferred.

The successful candidate will be located in Parañaque City, National Capital Region, Philippines, with easy access to Manila.
