Gucci Store Manager position in Guangxi, China. Lead boutique operations, drive sales, and manage high-performing teams.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and cultivate a client-centric culture within the boutique
- Maximize existing customer relationships and expand the new client base
- Build, engage, and retain a high-performing team
- Coach and evaluate team members to drive professional development
- Achieve and exceed sales targets
