Gucci is seeking a Store Manager for its ECI Castellana location in Madrid, Spain. This role requires retail management experience, preferably in luxury fashion, and strong leadership skills.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage store operations to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive store performance.
- Foster a high-performance culture through effective team management and development.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain the highest standards of visual merchandising and store presentation.
- Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail management, preferably within the luxury sector.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in sales analysis and strategic planning.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 5 years in a retail management role, with at least 2 years in a luxury brand environment.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field preferred.
