Gucci is seeking a Store Manager for its ECI Castellana location in Madrid, Spain. This role requires retail management experience, preferably in luxury fashion, and strong leadership skills.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage store operations to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive store performance.
  • Foster a high-performance culture through effective team management and development.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain the highest standards of visual merchandising and store presentation.
