Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure achievement of business goals and strategic projects through constant coordination with Corporate functions
- Establish and implement action plans to develop sales across product categories and client segments
- Foster a client-centric culture to maximize retention of existing customers and expand the new client base
- Oversee adequate integration and optimization between front and back-of-house operations whilst upholding Company standards and procedures
- Monitor store visits and mystery shopping programmes to drive continuous improvement in service quality
- Build and manage a high-performing team through engagement, inspiration, and professional development
- Collaborate with HR to reduce staff turnover, promote internal mobility, optimize personnel costs, and develop key talent
