Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive an exceptional client experience and oversee after‑sales service to achieve sustained high client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Lead and mentor the store team to execute clienteling and CRM initiatives, ensuring full utilisation of clienteling tools and personalised development plans for top clients (with emphasis on the Top 100).
  • Develop and implement store-level strategies to grow brand awareness, capture market share through events and community outreach, and capitalise on local trends and competitor activity.
  • Own sales performance and KPIs by coordinating front-of-house and back-of-house activities, optimising staff allocation and schedules, and maximising full‑price sell‑through and profitability.
  • Recruit, onboard and retain high-performing talent; provide ongoing coaching, performance management, career conversations and succession planning for Team Managers.
  • Manage store operations including inventory control, loss prevention audits, monthly cycle counts, payroll submission, merchandise shipments, and adherence to health, safety and security standards.
  • Plan and execute local product launches and company events to ensure client attendance and sales objectives are achieved.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards in partnership with the Global VM team and ensure the store's image aligns with Gucci grooming and presentation guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire, develop and hold a luxury retail team accountable to high standards of professionalism and service.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience deploying strategies to meet sales targets, KPI management and stock/sell‑through optimisation.
  • Deep understanding of clienteling and CRM methodologies with demonstrated experience driving client acquisition, retention and personalised client journeys.
  • Operational rigour in inventory control, loss prevention, payroll processes and retail administration.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to represent the brand at client and community events.
  • Flexible availability to support store hours, launches and events; willingness to travel locally as required.

Experience

Education
