Gucci Store Manager opportunity in Hamburg, Germany. Lead luxury retail operations, client experience, and team development in a flagship boutique environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the team in executing superior client-centric service and after-sales experience to achieve consistent high client satisfaction
- Promote brand awareness and establish market presence through community outreach and company-sponsored events
- Inspire collaboration amongst team members to achieve coherent clienteling-related activities and training
- Ensure development, implementation, and execution of company CRM initiatives by guiding the team to devise and implement effective action plans
- Partner with the Client Engagement team to lead business development opportunities, utilizing a top-client strategy with focus on the Top 100
- Champion full utilization of clienteling tools to drive client loyalty and acquisition
- Oversee team management of client flow on the selling floor to ensure all clients receive exceptional service
- Adhere to and oversee adherence to company policies and procedures including Operations, People, and Security
- Manage and support stock levels through direct communication with key business departments to maximize full-price selling
- Comply with Loss Prevention self-audits, monthly cycle counts, incident reporting, and inventory reconciliations
- Provide accurate monthly schedules and timely payroll record submission for all employees
- Oversee incoming and outbound merchandise requests and shipments
- Support and monitor After Sales services in store
- Oversee and support maintaining Visual Merchandising standards set by the Global VM team
- Ensure optimal adherence to all key health, safety, and security aspects
- Maintain company assets organized per back-of-house and front-of-house guidelines
- Represent the Gucci image through appropriate wardrobe and presence per company grooming standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or service-related industry
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field (preferred)
- High degree of ethics, professionalism, integrity, and ability to inspire trust and influence a team
- Proven ability to drive positive client experiences that build loyalty and deliver measurable results
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Industry awareness, commercial knowledge, and strong business and financial acumen
Skills
Experience
Minimum of 5 years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or service-related industry, with demonstrated ability to analyze selling reports, identify business trends, and react quickly to changing business needs. Proven track record of driving positive client experiences and building measurable loyalty results.
Education
Bachelor's Degree in a related field is preferred.
