Gucci Store Manager role in Frankfurt, Germany. Lead luxury retail operations, drive sales performance, and manage client experiences.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead the team in delivering superior client-centric service and after-sales experiences to achieve high client satisfaction and loyalty
  • Drive business development through top-client strategies, focusing on VIP segments and the Top 100 client base while maximizing clienteling tool utilization
  • Develop and execute community outreach, brand awareness, and company-sponsored events to establish market presence and capture competitive share
  • Manage full store P&L, including sales targets, stock optimization, inventory reconciliations, and loss prevention self-audits to maintain shrinkage below company targets
  • Oversee visual merchandising standards, product launches, incoming/outbound merchandise requests, and after-sales services in alignment with global guidelines
  • Ensure adherence to all operational, people, security, health, and safety policies while maintaining company asset organization and grooming standards
  • Provide timely payroll records, employee schedules, and staff development initiatives to build a high-performing, engaged team
  • Analyze selling reports, identify business trends, and react strategically to market and operational needs in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or service-related industry
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred)
  • High degree of ethics, professionalism, integrity, and demonstrated ability to inspire trust and influence a team
  • Proven ability to drive positive client experiences that build loyalty and deliver measurable business results
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and commercial acumen
  • Passion for the fashion industry and awareness of luxury market trends

Bachelor's degree in business administration, retail management, fashion, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
