Role & Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day boutique operations to ensure exceptional luxury client experiences and adherence to brand standards.
- Drive sales performance and achieve store KPIs through coaching, active selling and performance management.
- Recruit, train and develop sales teams; implement ongoing coaching and talent retention initiatives.
- Oversee clienteling and CRM activities to build long-term customer relationships and maximise lifetime value.
- Ensure consistent visual merchandising and product presentation in line with brand directives.
- Manage inventory control, stock replenishment and stockroom processes to preserve availability and minimise shrinkage.
- Enforce loss prevention policies, cash handling procedures and compliance with local regulations.
- Prepare operational reports, forecast sales and collaborate with regional management on action plans.
Qualifications
- Proven retail management experience; several years leading teams with responsibility for sales targets and operations (luxury retail experience preferred).
- Demonstrated ability to coach, motivate and develop sales personnel to achieve commercial goals.
- Strong clienteling and relationship-management skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Solid knowledge of visual merchandising principles and retail loss-prevention practices.
- Results-oriented with experience managing KPIs, sales reporting and basic P&L awareness.
- Legal right to work in China.

Experience
Minimum three years of retail supervisory or management experience, with proven achievement against sales targets; prior experience in luxury fashion or premium retail preferred.
Education
Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience in retail management.
