Gucci Store Director role in Vancouver, British Columbia. Lead luxury retail operations, team development, and client experience at the Fairmont boutique.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead strategic, operational, and floor-level management to drive consistent achievement of sales targets and key performance indicators
- Develop and execute client-centric service initiatives, leveraging CRM tools and clienteling strategies to build loyalty and capture high-value client relationships
- Champion store events, product launches, and community outreach activities to strengthen brand presence and market competitiveness
- Oversee team performance management, including recruitment, onboarding, coaching, and development to build a talent pipeline and ensure retention of top performers
- Manage daily store operations including inventory management, loss prevention protocols, payroll scheduling, merchandise logistics, and visual merchandising standards
- Maintain adherence to company policies regarding health, safety, security, and regulatory compliance, including monthly audits and incident reporting
- Analyze sales reports and market trends to identify business opportunities and implement corrective strategies when performance targets are not met
- Ensure optimal allocation of staff resources to maximize client service delivery and operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of sales management experience in luxury retail, retail, or service-related industry
- Proven track record of driving measurable sales growth and achieving or exceeding revenue targets
- Demonstrated ability to inspire and lead high-performing teams whilst building strong client relationships
- High degree of ethics, professionalism, and integrity with the ability to influence and inspire trust
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with commercial and financial acumen
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred

Experience
Minimum 7 years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or service-related sectors, with demonstrated success in driving sales performance, managing diverse teams, and cultivating client relationships in a fast-paced luxury environment.
Education
Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 112,500 to CAD 125,000 per annum.
