Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire the store team to deliver exceptional client experiences and sustained after‑sales service, ensuring consistently high client satisfaction.
  • Drive top‑line sales and profitability through strategic planning, KPI ownership, staff allocation and hands‑on sales leadership on the selling floor.
  • Design, implement and monitor CRM and clienteling initiatives, leveraging clienteling tools and a Top‑Client strategy (Top 100) to strengthen loyalty and acquisition.
  • Recruit, develop and retain talent by conducting effective onboarding, performance reviews, on‑the‑job coaching and targeted career conversations.
  • Plan and execute local events, product launches and community outreach to increase brand presence and capture market share.
  • Ensure inventory integrity and loss prevention through cycle counts, audits, incident reporting and close collaboration with operations teams.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards, store presentation and adherence to company policies including health, safety and security protocols.
  • Analyse sales reports and market trends, translate insights into corrective action plans and coach the team to meet or exceed commercial targets.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 7 years' sales management experience in retail, luxury retail or a service-related industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English (spoken and written).
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, coach and develop store teams with high standards of professionalism and ethics.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to analyse selling reports, identify trends and react decisively to business needs.
  • Proven track record of delivering superior client experiences and measurable client development results.
  • Flexibility to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Experience
